Bu vir\u00fcslerin yakla\u015f\u0131k 30'u genital b\u00f6lgeyi etkiler. Bu vir\u00fcs korunmas\u0131z cinsel ili\u015fki veya enfekte b\u00f6lgelerle cilt temas\u0131 yoluyla bula\u015f\u0131r. Enfekte ki\u015filerde genital si\u011fillere ve baz\u0131 durumlarda kansere neden olabilir. HPV sadece kad\u0131nlar i\u00e7in de\u011fil erkekler i\u00e7in de ciddi bir sa\u011fl\u0131k riskidir. Ayr\u0131ca anal kanserlerin 90%'si, penis kanserlerinin 50%'si ve bo\u011faz kanserlerinin 60%'si HPV ile ili\u015fkilidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Erkeklerde HPV ve Genital Si\u011filler Nas\u0131l Tedavi Edilir?<\/strong><br \/>\nErkeklerde HPV ve genital si\u011fil tedavisinde en \u00f6nemli konu mevcut lezyonlar\u0131n hemen tedavi edilmesidir. Koterizasyon, dondurma, lazer, radyofrekans veya \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fckse cerrahi eksizyon gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6ntemler vard\u0131r. Ancak bu tedavi y\u00f6ntemleri HPV'yi tamamen yok etmez, sadece HPV kaynakl\u0131 si\u011filleri ortadan kald\u0131rmaya ve bask\u0131lamaya odaklan\u0131r. Ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemi zay\u0131flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda vir\u00fcs tekrar aktif hale gelebilir ve semptomlar yeniden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Bu nedenle yak\u0131 tedavilerinden sonra aromaterapi ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirici takviyeler gibi kombine tedaviler \u00f6nemlidir.<br \/>\nHPV enfeksiyonlar\u0131 genellikle kendili\u011finden ge\u00e7er ve belirtilere neden olmayabilir. Ancak bazen belirtiler enfeksiyondan aylar hatta y\u0131llar sonra ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Kulu\u00e7ka s\u00fcresi ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemine ve HPV t\u00fcr\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak de\u011fi\u015fir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HPV nas\u0131l bula\u015f\u0131r?<\/strong><br \/>\nHPV, korunmas\u0131z cinsel ili\u015fki veya HPV'ye maruz kalan b\u00f6lgelerle cilt temas\u0131 yoluyla bula\u015f\u0131r. Prezervatif kullanmak riski azaltabilir, ancak tamamen \u00f6nleyemez. Genital si\u011filler tek tek veya gruplar halinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir ve a\u011fr\u0131ya neden olabilir. Erkeklerde genital si\u011fillerin en yayg\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yerler penis, skrotum, kas\u0131k ve an\u00fcst\u00fcr.<br \/>\nErkeklerde Genital Si\u011fillerin Tan\u0131 ve Tedavisi<br \/>\nErkeklerde genital si\u011fillerin tan\u0131s\u0131 genellikle muayenede si\u011fillerin tespit edilmesiyle konur. B\u00fcy\u00fctme ve \u0131\u015f\u0131k alt\u0131nda inceleme lezyonlar\u0131n tespitini kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken, HPV tiplemesi i\u00e7in serolojik testler mevcuttur. Patolojik inceleme si\u011fillerin HPV'den kaynaklan\u0131p kaynaklanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirler.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HPV A\u015f\u0131s\u0131 ve \u00d6nleme<\/strong><br \/>\nHPV a\u015f\u0131s\u0131 asl\u0131nda D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan cinsel olarak aktif olmadan \u00f6nce \u00f6nerilmektedir.
